RECIPE : HOW TO PREPARE MOROCCAN TEA
RECIPE : HOW TO PREPARE MOROCCAN TEA
Hello JOWWALers,
Here we are again, and this time with a second moroccan recipe,(after the most famous MOROCCAN meal showed earlier), which is also wild world known, and a must have one for a JOWWAL person and every moroccan.
Ladies and gentlemen, today we will prepare the moroccan's favorite drink : MOROCCAN GREEN TEA.
So let's get started :
Preparation time: 10 minutes.Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 2 teaspoons of unscented green tea.
- 1 bunch of fresh mint.
- 25 parts of sugar.
Preparation of the recipe:
Heat the water, pour 1 small glass of boiling water onto 2 teaspoons of green tea.
After a minute, discard the liquid, keep tea.
(that is to remove the first bitterness of tea), then pour the remaining water (you need a little teapot, ideally with a filter in the spout is easier).
Add the mint, drowning immediately leaves in water (if they float, they take on a burnt flavor, slightly bitter-with habit, you reconnaƮtrez- that's when the Moroccan tea is burned).
On top, add the sugar (at least 25-30 sugars for 4-5 glasses).
To mix, don't stir with a spoon !!!
Take a glass, pour the tea into the glass and the glass back in the teapot, and so many times, the content will be mixed.
Pour in glasses holding the teapot loudly to 'foam' sugar ... and drink hot. (it is generally served with some delicious moroccan cookies, perhaps we will list the top 5 of 'em in a coming article why not!)
